Park Newport Drive

We are renting out the Master bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhome. Couples are welcome. The room itself is very spacious, suitable for a couple and couples are welcome. The room has a walk in closet and private full bath; it also has a view overlooking the Back Bay Nature reserve; a beautiful view (check out the pictures). We have an in unit Washer and Dryer. The complex is Park Newport and the amenities include; multiple gyms, main pool and jacuzzi overlooking the harbor, steam room and sauna, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, putting green, onsite market, dry cleaners, and a barber. We are right next to Fashion Island, reach out with any questions.

We are easy going, keep to ourselves most of the time. We are clean, and appreciate a tidy house. We are late 20’s, early 30’s, and would prefer a roommate in that age range, although it’s not necessary. I’m an active person, I play Volleyball on the weekends, I do yoga, go hikes and walks through the back bay almost everyday - I’m rarely home, and when I am, I’m usually busy doing something.
