Master bedroom is the vacant room, has a walk in closet. One bathroom but there’s an exterior vanity so there’s plenty of space. Lots of storage space in general, almost too much. Pretty quiet, I’ve never heard the neighbors through a wall and doubt they hear us. Very convenient area too. Grocery store, gas station, food and other amenities all within easy walking distance. We’ve got a parking spot and a sizable garage too.

Current roommate vacating, I just don’t feel like moving. I’m a 26 year old man in manufacturing, fairly clean, and a home cook. I hunt so there’s always venison in the freezer, if you like that, we’ll basically never have to buy meat. I’m hopeless at baking though, if you know how we can tag team so many delicious meals.

Huge nerd, lots of board games and hobbies, odds are we’ll share several. I listen to most music too so don’t care if you blast it. I do most of the day to day upkeep on the apartment since I’m always in the kitchen, so if you’re fairly clean we’ll get along fine.

They don’t allow dogs, but I do have two cats, they’re sweethearts. One will avoid you except for scritches the other will cuddle relentlessly. Constant demands for attention aside they’ll generally stay out of the way. I’ve got an automatic litter box with a carbon filter so smell isn’t an issue.
