Braxton Court

The apartment is located in Braxton Place Apartments off of 17th, the corner of College Rd and 17th. Close to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach both within 10 to 15 min. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. Hospital only 2mi away, airport 10 min away, 10 min to I-40, close to everything. Great location. Pool, clubhouse, outdoor grill area , bi-weekly Community gatherings large TV Outdoors, Business Center, hot tub, workout center, free trash dumping. Beautiful pond with large fountain and palm trees at the entrance. Really nice neighbors and office staff. Maintenance is great. The building is 4 years young with new carpet, b new paint, smooth ceilings, all new brushed nickel hardware and lighting fixtures, 2 inch Plantation blinds. No strings! Beautiful patio doors that lead out onto a Scenic balcony with a large storage room for all of your Beach swag and extra storage shelves you may need. There is also plenty of storage in the apartment. Coat closet, utility closet- It is the Bradley model. The kitchen doesn’t need anything, I have it all, it is completely stocked with more than is needed, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances dish washer, deep sink w/retracting spray head and there is also a big laundry room with new washer and dryer, shelves, & coat hooks behind the door., new carpet in the bedrooms and the living room with new LVP flooring in the kitchen, laundry , both bathrooms and foyer. The bathrooms have all new hardware with curved shower rods, marble tops and everything is very clean move in ready. It is on the second floor but as soon as you get to the top of the stairs the door is immediately to your left, and after you move in you don’t even realize there are any stairs. When you open the door you are greeted by a beautiful foyer that is wide and leads into the kitchen and living with open concept. Breakfast bar with the living room in the center and the bedrooms are a split for privacy, and both bathrooms are private to each tenant. Background checks required and they are very lenient with credit and as far as job and income they just require that you be employed no income requirements! You will need some type of reference from somewhere that you have rented from in the past. That’s basically it and I have the place fully in my name , but they still have to screen you but they are very laid back and they are willing to work with people who may have a blemish here or there and if you can explain why or what happened that helps but I can’ say I’ve seen people get in with credit as low as 620 that work part time. The main thing is no felony and no evictions. Its a very nice place and the building is in the back secluded and quiet but you can still see the pool from the balcony. I have a lot of stuff in a storage but haven’t started much decorating because I would like my roommates opinion on which way to go because I have a lot of pictures and I can do a bachelor pad or a contemporary pad , a beach theme pad..whatever! I’m pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I’m the kind of guy that’s never met a stranger and I’ll give the shirt off my back to help someone. I have 2 grown boys that live in Wilmington who run a landscaping business and I have a daughter in school and I stay busy working but I like to have a cold beer every now and then and I don’t mind cannabis but nothing harder. And all smoking is done Outdoors and I am a non tobacco smoker and would prefer the same but as long as you smoke outside and don’t throw your butts on the ground and just clean up after yourself and pay your bills on time we will get along just fine. I am in the auto service advisor field so if you ever need your car fixed I might be able to hook you up. My phone number is 919-868-4873 and the place is ready when you are. I already have internet hooked up, power, DirecTV with tons of channels but you don’t have to pay if you don’t want to be a part of it. The water bill is paid with the rent and averages around 40 bucks a month and my light bill was $80.99 for 33 days and I like to keep my place cool when it’s hot. I am new tto town but have visited often over the years, I’m in my 40s but feel like I’m 25 and don’t get many visitors but my boys may stop by to pick me up to go out fishing for a day on the ocean in the boat or my daughter who usually wants some cash! You are welcome to tag along on the boat unless you get sick. I can get along with anybody. I’m not racist so don’t let the color of your skin keep you from texting me,! It’s a big property and I don’t pay attention to all the other buildings but everyone I meet is very friendly. There’s a lot of parking but if you want to park right in front of the apartment you have to get home before 7pm because if you show up at 10:30 you’ may have to have to park on the other side of the parking lot,a few steps, but if you have groceries then I just stop in front of the apartment and put on my hazards and bring up the groceries and then go and park my car but that’s if have a lot of groceries. But there’s really not any bad parking.
