Looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer & next school year at UC. 1 bed room with 1 shared bathroom. I can move out as soon as May. The apartment is 5 min walk away from UC campus and 10 to 15 min away from restaurants/entertainment. If you want parking you can purchase it through the landlord or there is street parking. It’s usually easy to find.
My two other roommates are great and caring people. They are super clean and love spending time with others. They will be staying thru the summer and moving out towards the end of the summer.
