Hi, I’m Chelsey. I have a 3 bed 2.5 bathroom home in Addison Neighborhood. The upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms + living area + built in desk nook + bathroom. Downstairs has another living area. If you were interested in renting both bedrooms and having the upstairs more private to yourself plus you’d have access to the rest of the home too, rent would be $1600/month. If you prefer cheaper rent, with two roommates upstairs it would be $925 each plus bills.

2,000 sqft with a fenced in backyard close to Onion Creek and the airport. Past roommates and I have hired maid and yard services in the past, but not necessary if you’re cool with taking turns mowing/weed eating. There’s a security deposit (refundable) that costs the same as one month’s rent. There’s a fig tree in the backyard that I need to be better about collecting the figs from the next time they drop lol so if you like figs ha. The neighborhood has 3 community pools and 1 gym we have access to.

It’s Malik and myself living here. Malik is chill and kind hearted. He’s a salesman in the drink industry. He stays pretty busy and ends up staying at the house maybe only half the time lately, but when he’s home we enjoy making food together or watching a show at night. I work in surgery at different hospitals. I enjoy having music on at home sometimes for background noise. When I’m not at home you can find me kickboxing, mnt biking, or out with friends. I have a chill orange tabby named Oden who hangs outside quite often. He’s a gentleman and won’t bother you unless you want his attention.

Happy to hear what your living expectations/pet peeve’s are. I’m not a clean freak, but do prefer roommates that clean a little each day - clean as you go, dishes done same day or next day if you’re having a particularly exhausting night ha take turns vacuuming/sweeping a couple times a week.
