Hello, I have two rooms for rent in a 3 bed 2 bathroom house. The rooms are 10 by 11 with a small closet in each space. I am the home owner and live in the master bedroom during some of the winter months. From April 1st to mid October I work by Yosemite. The rooms are available now. The bedrooms have new paint, new blinds and new carpet. I am quite and rarely here. The house comes with a gardener and Once a month cleaning person. I still expect tenants to clean up after themselves and water some indoor and outdoor plants. I just turned 50 and work for San Francisco Recreation and Park department. Right now Its just me in the house a fifty year old gardener who lives most of the year in Yosemite. I am looking for someone who treats the house nice and i get along with.
