The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom town home, I am looking to renew my lease (it ends on April 28th) with 2 new roommates. I am looking for someone to rent the large bedroom ($1500 per month) and the other smaller bedroom ($1,000). Comes with in unit washer and dryer, and a parking space. Utilities will be divided up amongst everyone each month. Pets are allowed.
