Hi, I am looking for a person to take over my lease, or sublet a fully furnished, utility included, brand new unit in a 3b2b apartment near center city till September 2024. The apartment has gym, rooftop garden, barbeque space, grills, dog park, movie theatre, party area, pool, co-working space etc. (All amenties are included in the rent) It is just a 15 min walk to City hall and has access to public transport within 1 min walk distance.

Rent is around 950.
Can move in from April 1 till September 2024. Has an option to extend the lease as well.
