Room can be furnished or un-furnished.

Welcome to our humble home! The house is 1953sqft, with lots of outside parking, and a backward perfect for BBQs. The house has a tri-level layout, where the bedrooms are upstairs, the kitchen, living room, and sun room are on the middle level, and extra living space and garage on the lower level. This means that you can get all the privacy that you need in your room, or come and hangout with us in the living room. There is enough additional space besides your bedroom to make this your home. Outside of the bedroom you can easily have an additional space dedicated to you.

Currently, two people live in the house, each has their own bedroom and bathroom. You will also have your own bedroom and bathroom. Your bathroom has a tub.

We are both foreign males. One is in their mid 30s and the other in their early 30s. We both have stable jobsWe keep the house clean, cleaning every weekend and an occasional deeper clean once a month.

In us, you will find someone that you can have fun with. We like to play mexican dominoes, settlers of catan, and couch co-op videogames. We help each other with day to day tasks, emotional support, you name it.

We are looking for someone, respectful, clean, with a stable job, in their 20s-30s, that understand and values community and helping the next person.
