Nice bright large 12x25ft room with it’s own entrance. The bath is shared as is the rest of the living space. Looking for someone to join three other young male roommates. All utilities are included high speed internet, water, garbage etc. Property is on 1/3 of an acre with plenty of room for a garden. Occasional overnight guests ok. Parking is first come first serve. Looking for quiet, respectful, clean, roommate. Shared bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer etc. There will be a cleaning rotation for common spaces. No smoking inside. Neutered cat welcome in your space.

The other roommates are currently young males. Very polite and easy to get along with. They all work or go to school, one works nights. Sleep schedules vary so being quiet is essential. I do not live on the property.
