Spacious 2000 sq ft (incl basement) end-unit townhouse, in super quiet neighborhood, near all major freeways (I-26, I-270, U36, U76.) Shared kitchen. Garage parking available for sedan-sized vehicle, but we also have our own parking lot, plus street. You can set up your own “man cave” in the carpeted basement. There is also a nice utility room you could make your own kitchenette, home office work area, etc. Includes all utilities, and you can share my Prime and Netflix and any other shareable services I might have

I’ve lived with many people in different places over time, and I’ve found that the most comfortable situation for me is living with a responsible “alpha”-type straight male. Even though I’m masculine, I tend to more identify as “beta” which just means I’m comfortable under the leadership of alpha males. All that said, I’m most interested in finding a compatible roommate! I’m not 21 anymore lol, but active, fit, love the outdoors (skiing, hiking, mtn biking) and don’t have many guests.
