Hi!

We are looking for a kind and clean female to rent an amazingly private bedroom with your own bathroom located on your floor! That’s right! Your bedroom is the only bedroom on your floor in a modern (2010?) 3 story townhouse. It’s located in a really safe and quiet place to live in a great neighborhood (Santee) with tons of free parking.

ALL utilities are included with your rent!!!

So you will not have to pay for use of the washer & dryer located inside of the house, the WiFi, the gas, the electric, and the water, as we will pay them all for you! There’s also a pool and jacuzzi inside our little community you can use whenever you’d like!

Lastly, all of the stores you might need to go to in your daily life are less than 5 minutes away - without getting on a highway! Costco, Walmart, Smart & Final, Von’s, Starbucks, Denny’s, Ross, Target, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, and even a Phil’s BBQ just to name a few!

We’re asking only $1299/month for all of this.

We have a loving, Christian family home and are looking for someone who is kind and drama-free.
