3/2 bedroom house with parking in a quiet south Ft Myers neighborhood. Looking to rent guest room with designated bathroom only to b share with guest who visit. Must be cleaned, easy going /no drama or confrontational person. Dog lover as I have dogs. Common areas living room, kitchen, dining room , Florida room, lanai and patio and driveway. Room already furnished and house as well including all appliances and dishware needed.

Easy going, work hybrid remote and from office. Like respect and communication, no entitled people or people who don’t have boundaries and or follow house rules. ( to be discussed if interested in moving in ) cleaning after yourself and share common area cleaning is important
