Hi everyone! I have a 1br with a private bathroom available in my 2br/2bth in the Kearny Mesa area on Spectrum Blvd!

The room is a very nice size and has lots of natural light that shines through during the day. It has a walk-in closet with plenty of space and built-in shelves.

The large bathroom has built-in storage space (drawers and cabinets) and a large shower and tub combo. The bathroom would be yours alone.

(Disclaimer: Our current roommate is still moving their things out so we have been unable to take proper pictures of the space. However, we would be happy to take pictures on request while the space is being cleaned and emptied. 2nd Disclaimer: We have the largest apartment available so the price reflects as such. There is a patio and in unit laundry. The $1300 is just the rent, on average the monthly bills are about $1450. )

My name is Ash! Me and my partner Sol have shared this apartment with a roommate for the past year and a half, however, they are moving out soon to live with their partner. We need someone to take over their portion of the lease! We need the room filled by early April at the latest :)).

A bit about us; I am a 21-year-old full-time college student. I have a full-time job so I am often gone Monday to Friday until after 5. I am quiet by nature but I enjoy fostering new connections. My partner Sol, is 20 years old and is home a lot more than I am. She loves to bake and has the sweetest personality! We are extremely clean and respectful people. We value communication so there’s no guessing with us! We have one cat named Milky (Lechita) and she is a 2.5-year-old tuxedo cat who loves attention!
