The room comes with shared access to a furnished kitchen, and shower/bathroom, no furniture in the room. Rent is inclusive of utilities, and basic internet. The neighborhood is very peaceful and in a great location close to everything (25 minutes from Richmond), off-street parking. Cameras are in the property, not in the room. You need to be an easy-going, respectful, very clean, and responsable person. No smokers, no heavy drinkers, NO PETS.
