Private room in large house near Peabody Lucky in Vacaville. Walk-in closet, shared master bathroom with personal sink and storage, and access to shared spaces including large kitchen with island and dishwasher, garage with laundry and exercise space, living room with 50-inch TV and Switch, and large backyard.

Bathroom has separate toilet/shower room for privacy, and shower with two benches and great water pressure.

Utilities: $100-$150 a month includes high speed internet.

$50 one-time application fee. Landlord will require background/credit check. $1000 security deposit.

There is sweet, crate-trained dog and a cat who mostly stays to herself upstairs. We love animals, but the landlord may not except additional pets.

We are one male and one female in our late 30s/early 40s. We keep clean and mostly to ourselves. Sometimes we watch sports together and we help out with pets and picking things up from the store. Use the whole space and socialize as much as you’d like!
