Milton is an amazing area to live in the house is right in the heart of town in walking distance to everything and only 10 minutes from Broadkill Beach.. It is a spacious room and can be furnished or unfurnished and has a large cable television…. It is available immediately and access to kitchen living room and laundry room are included. There is a front porch and a fenced in yard, I also have an attic if you need some light storage.

I’m a 67 year old Italian chef, the other room is rented by a very sweet woman. We are chill, like to laugh, talk, watch movies , and remain on the positive side of life. We are cannabis friendly and looking for I like-minded person. If you are a cigarette smoker it is only outside.. we are clean and tidy and those are our expectations from the rentee.
