Warren's room

Quiet, clean. Share house, kitchen, laundry, living room. Bedroom has everything including internet TV, queen bed, bureau, but can be removed. 14 stairs walk up from driveway. 1 car garage for me, you can park in driveway or street. Quite, safe neighborhood.

I’m a disabled, but functional former divorced professional. I play piano once in awhile. I live upstairs mostly. I have a teenager who stays with me 2 weekends/ month. He makes some noise, but a good kid! I cook for me, we share fridge, kitchen plates, cups, pans, etc. - do your own dishes (dishwasher needs replacing). New floors, windows, heater. Cozy.
