I am looking for a responsible and community-oriented individual OR COUPLE to share the furnished 3bdrm, first-floor of a private house. You will have access to two rooms (one private, one very rarely used for closet space) and even a private 1/2 bathroom if you wish. This set-up would be ideal for those working from home or for those who desire a project space/studio.

I have lived in the space for four (4) years and have excellent relations with the owner. The space is fully furnished by yours truly including a living room with a 55 gallon tropical aquarium and outfitted, eat-in kitchen. You have access to a semi-private outdoor patio and cooking area with charcoal BBQ grill. We have a private entrance to the backyard so there is no need to ever see or interact with the other tenants.

YOU ARE: A good communicator with interest in maintaining a peaceful and non-toxic environment.
