Val's room

Private room with a private bathroom available in Frisco, TX in 2450sqft home. Near Preston and 121 Hwy. Amenities include a pool, dishwasher, washer and dryer, backyard, outside parking and ring bell camera for packages. Close to a nice walking path with views. Room is available furnished or unfurnished. Couples are approved on a case-by-case basis, but rent will be higher.

You will have your own private bedroom, private bathroom, and access to all amenities in the house including pool, washer, dryer, dish washer, kitchen, backyard etc. included. We are a couple that regularly travels and mostly works from New York City. We have a well-behaved large dog and a cat that stays on one side of the house. When we are away, we have a pet sitter take care of them.
