The house is situated within a tranquil, family-oriented community featuring 24 hours guard gates for added security. You will have access to two swimming pools, two fully-equipped gyms, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a sauna, providing ample opportunities for recreation and leisure activities.

You will have your own private full bathroom and your own garage space to use. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room for use. Monthly utilities included in the rent.

I am pretty low key and very respectful of privacy. I have dogs but will keep them out of your space. I like my place clean and need someone who cleans up after themselves.
