Raf's room

We are located in the South West Area of Bakersfield near CSUB and Riverwalk Park. We have a large room that we are looking to rent out to a single occupant for 770$ a month, with options for a 6 month lease or 12 month lease. The property is a beautiful 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. Our home is an Lgbtq safe space and have plenty of common space/amenities to share.
