South Twenty Mile Road

Hello, my wife and I (LGBTQ couple) are looking for one more roommate (single person). We are located in Parker off of Parker Road and E470. We own our 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo. Rent would be $950 a month which includes utilities. This includes a private room and a shared bathroom, with one person. We are attempting to replace our long-time roommate who is relocating. We have a washer and dryer in the unit. We have one small dog (11 lbs.) and she is very friendly and does not roam the condo when one of us is not home. We are willing to reduce rent by a certain amount if you’d be willing to watch our dog on occasion, but this is in no way required. NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED . I have two full time jobs and my wife has one full time job. We are also part-time students in our mid-twenties. We are looking to occupy our spare room sometime between March 21st and May 1st. We would like people who are comfortable signing a 12-month lease but are flexible to any length of stay and can adjust the lease to reflect whatever we agree on. We’d love to meet up and discuss specifics then we can also schedule a time to see the place and hopefully give you an offer.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with our other current roommate (house of 4) who is a sweet and very chill guy. He is extremely laid back and is willing to share the bathroom with either a male or female.
