Elvia's room

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from now till July. I am moving in with my fiance to be closer to work and save for our wedding this year. There are currently two other female roommates: one of them has a German Shepard dog and works in Frisco, the other is a student at UNT. The room that would be available has a private toilet with sink connected to the bedroom, and you would be sharing a shower with one of the roommates. You would also have to furnish the bedroom yourself. Rent is about $750-800/month (give or take).

Both roommates are very easy to talk to, and can be social so there may be some friends that go over to the townhome every now and then, but are very respectful!
