Chris's room

Very quiet house set back from the road and adjacent to a farm. Conveniently located in the middle of the island, quick access to the navy base, downtown newport, and bristol. Both available bedrooms have ample space for a queen bed and office/work from home setup. House is roughly 1800 sqft with unfinished basement for storage and two tv/sitting areas so everyone has space. Ample parking for having friends over for a football sunday or game night. Bedrooms for rent are unfurnished (furniture in photos is removed now), rest of house will be furnished. Laundry on site is free. Lease is year round. Move in available immediately.

Currently just me (30M) living at the house. I work from home 2 days/wk, office 3 days/wk. Im an engineer and shoot wedding photography on the side.

Normal day: Work 9-530, gym 6-7, dinner/meal prep 7-8, then editing photos/videos, and I like to host game/sports nights with coworkers about once a month.
