Room is in a three bedroom single family house, with 2 large living space and kitchen downstairs. Located in a quite area, in a cul-de-sac, in the vicinity of the boundary of Escondido and Del Dios. It is 3 mins to De Dios high school, 3 mins to 3 shopping malls, 3 mins to Lake Hodges, 5 mins to hwy 15, 15 mins to Encinitas and Solona Beach Beaches, driving through the beautiful wounding mountain road through Del Dios (old hwy 5). Neighbors are great, owed the house since 2001. Great and convienent location There is also a lap pool with lounging chairs at the backyard.
