Karina's room

The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Parker near a bike and hiking trails. The room is on the second floor and has a jack and jill shared restroom. On the first floor there is also a study where anyone is welcome to work and there is a ton of storage space in the basement as well.

Our current room mate is moving closer to work and we are looking for a room mate to take his place starting April 1st.

The house is mostly furnished and you would only have to worry about furnishing your bedroom.

A little about us!

There are currently three of us living at the home! One 32M and one LGBT couple (23F& 24F). We are all really friendly, laid back, and clean.

My name is Karina. I am 24 year old (F) and I’m a Colorado native. I like take my dog Luna to the dog park, go to the mountains, and check out different breweries/restaurants. I am currently a student at CU Denver.

Trinity (23,F) grew up in Colorado as well. She recently graduated from UCCS and is currently works at an urgent care!

Tay (30,M) recently moved to Colorado and will be moving to Arizona in the summer! He is currently in automotive sales and works at Best Buy as well! So he’s generally gone most the time but he really enjoys cars and reading!

A little about the pups! Luna is a 11 month old Bernedoodle who loves people and is kind to other dogs as well. However she is not spayed yet! (So if you have a male dog who isn’t fixed it might not be the best fit).

Obie is a 5 year old black lab mix who is a really smart and sweet boy!
