Your room would be the ones in the pictures not the one in the video. Also room comes unfurnished so you could decorate it as you wish!

I’m looking for a roommate, preferably 20-30 years old, who values ​​cleanliness and consideration for shared spaces. No couples please.

Conveniently located minutes from Chinatown, Financial District, and Japantown and Fillmore, and just a few minutes from beautiful Lafayette Park, close to all the areas and Trader Joe’s 2 blocks away!

🛏️The room: Your future space includes a private room with huge windows, high ceilings, gorgeous natural light, and a decent sized closet.

🏠 Apartment Features: Hardwood floors and high ceilings, garbage chute for added convenience. Most of the furniture in the common area is already installed, and rooftop.

💰Rent and Utilities: Rent is $1,650/month. Internet and PG&E charges are separate. Deposit would be $1,650.

📅 Moving in: My current roommate is moving out at the mid of March, so I’m looking for someone to move in starting mid march 2024.
