Urgently looking for a female to take over my lease in a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment located Newport North.It is a shared room and restroom with a walk-in closet. Your part of the shared room is unfurnished and the closet is split to share with the other roommate. Rent is $964 and utilities are separate ranging from $45-$50. It is a 5 minute drive and/or 15-20 minute walk to UCI. There is a parking space if you have a car. Also, there is OC bus transportation available. There is a community laundry room, gym, i-lounge and pool.

I am third year UCI Criminology major. I am mostly on campus wether in class or club meetings. There are three other UCI students which two are fourth years ( a Public Health major and a Journalism major) and the other female is a third year ( a mechanical engineering).
