This is a stand alone house in Glen Iris! You have 2 rooms to choose from. We have a yard, a huge porch, and a big storage shed. The common areas are spacious and get lots of light. We are walking distance to George Ward park and to UAB. I do have one dog and one cat, but they are both full grown and well mannered. The dog is hypoallergenic. I’m hoping to secure a roommate as soon as possible. The $847 is the total rent halved. There’s also water, gas, and electric we would half each month. I will post pictures as soon as possible :-)

I’m a teacher at a nearby school, so on weeknights I generally stay in unless I am working at my other job or in class. Im looking for someone reliable and interested in signing onto a 12 month lease. In the home with me are my 4 year old labradoodle and my 7 year old cat. We are open to friendly pets joining us as well!
