Ingrid's room

The room is very spacious. We will share the kitchen and bathroom, all I ask is to keep them clean and I will do the same. There is lots of stores near by for local shopping such as grocery stores, stores to shop for clothing and restaurants. It is also walking distance to Kings Theatre and Target. It is about an 8 minute walk to the train and bus. No pets. No kids.

I am a 40+ year old woman renting a room. I’m barely there for the most part but I do come and go throughout the week. I am very clean and respectable. I am a quiet person.
