1. Rent Structure:

$800(R) and $400(SD): Single room with shared bathroom.

$1200(R) and $600(SD): Both bedrooms with shared bathroom - One adult.

Terms:

Both parties must be moved in within the same month. Both parties must be present during lease for special to apply.

$1200(R) and $600(SD): Two Bedrooms on shared bathroom.

2. Parking Structure:

• One adult renter is allowed one car on the lot.
• One extra car can be parked in the RV park space for an additional $50.

3. Pet structure:

• One adult renter is allowed one pet.
• Indoor cats only.
• Contact landlord for details.

3. Roommate Expectations: Cleanliness, quietness, respectfulness, and punctual payment are essential qualities expected from all renters.

4. Late Payment Policy: A grace period of 3 days is provided for rent payment. After the grace period, a 3% charge will be added for each day of late payment. Failure to pay late fees and rent by the end of the month will result in eviction.
