About the room
The rental is half of a duplex in the North Davis suburbs. We have a spacious backyard and a garage. There is plenty of street parking, the neighborhood is generally quiet, and a few grocery stores are nearby. We have a washer & dryer in unit, central heat and AC, and everything besides the bedroom is fully furnished. The only expenses not included in rent are PG&E and wifi, which totals $100 or less per month. The lease ends 8/30/24 and we will not be renewing for next year.
About the roomies
The tenant would have their own bedroom and share the property with two other people, my partner and I. We are working professionals who graduated from UCD in 2022. My partner is a botanist focusing on cactuses, and I am in veterinary medicine.
