Master bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom unit at Arrive Sonoma Ridge apartments in Bennet Valley. Large room with private master bathroom with vanity lighting and bathtub, huge mirrored closet, and wonderful natural lighting.

The apartment itself is very nice and cozy, nicely decorated common spaces. The balcony overlooks trees and a creek and gets very nice shade in the afternoon. Each roommate has their own hallway shelf space, personal kitchen drawer, cabinet space, and a shelf on in the fridge. Gas range, AC, heat, microwave, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer. One reserved parking spot and visitor parking available.

Great, safe, location in a quiet and clean apartment complex bordering the Bennett Valley Golf Course. Walking distance from Safeway and close to Spring Lake/Annadel State Park. Awesome pool, gym, “wifi lounge” (study/work room), and a sweet dog park. Amazon lockers and mailbox at the complex as well. Great, friendly, maintenance team that always fulfills our maintenance requests very quickly (often within the day!).

The roommates are both young working/student females. We all work a lot We share the home with a sweet Australian Shepherd. She is a little awkward and shy to warm up to new people but she ends up loving those she’s comfortable with and she also loves other dogs! She stays in her owner’s bedroom while she is at work.

We are looking to fill the room with another fun, quiet, respectful, young gal to fit the vibe we’ve got going on in our home. I’d describe the space as comfy, safe, goofy, and relaxing. Communication is very important in our home and when anything feels iffy to anyone we should all feel comfortable reaching out to each other and resolving it. We do use the living to hang out, watch movies, study etc. and want everyone to feel comfortable doing so. This is not a party house and we don’t drink/smoke in the home. Company is welcome, but we usually don’t have many people over at once and communicate with each other if we plan to.
