Person living there is older female who leads very quiet life, no loud music / visitors. Details for you to do a background check on her 30 years Naples residency will be provided. Very security conscious and Locks are changed when you arrive /nobody else but Association can enter. Renter gets half of kitchen presses and large fridge which MUST be kept clean. Use of washer and dryer, microwave etc, no food sharing, totally separate existence with both parties actively ensuring the other feels they are living alone but nice to know a friendly person is home! Do not apply if you are a party type person needing accommodation urgently as entire development is very quiet and no noise etc tolerated. Initial lease will be week to week to ensure a peaceful and quiet atmosphere and references from your boss etc must be in first communication as not seeking a tourist for a few weeks only as landlord only allowed two rentals per year by Association so very important to find a person who wants this type of quiet and private lifestyle too. Background check costs 100 dollars not refundable so do not reply if you can’t provide references in very first communication.
