The room I am renting is in my brand new beautiful 3-story townhouse. The room is large and private with it’s own full bathroom. The room is stunningly decorated chic and cool. The bedroom has brand new furniture, lamps, desk, chair, screen TV, large full length mirror, closet with a dresser in it, decor and photography on the walls.

The room is bright and airy with natural light during the day and ambient lighting to make the room tranquil at night and has new blinds for privacy.

The room is luxurious and offers everything a Five Star Hotel would. All you need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, laptop, and small personal items. There is no additional storage available. You have full access to the kitchen.

I live a charming neighborhood know as Pico-Robertson in West Los Angeles just a six minute drive to Beverly Hills and is centrally located is close to freeways, parks, 10 minute drive to the Beverly Connection and Beverly Center several great restaurants.

I am a single white male very polite well mannered gentleman in my late 40’s. My home is stunningly decorated by me and I have a small puppy and no one else lives in the townhome. I am very tidy and love to relax and hangout at my new home. I am friendly I enjoy spending time with my puppy and riding my bike at the beach and enjoy dining out.

I am looking for friendly, reliable (STRAIGHT ONLY ) male roommate ( NO FEMALES ) to share my home with between the ages of 29 years to 39 years old.

The idea roommate for me is friendly, warm and polite, trustworthily and honest and is clean and picks up after themselves and helps out around house when needed and loves small puppy dogs and who is courteous and respects my privacy and beautiful home and decor and art. cannot work from home. no pets allowed.
