20th Avenue

Hi! This summer I will be moving into my grandmother’s old home in the sunset district! It’s the top floor of a home, 2 bedrooms, one office/bedroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Laundry in garage downstairs (another tenant lives in the in-law downstairs). Tons of parking, lots of stores and shops within walking distance, and overall safe neighborhood! Easy access to public transportation and SF State!

It’s just me and my dog :) (pitbull female who is quite sweet with people she knows). I’m in my mid-twenties and ideally would love to find someone in a similar age range! I love going out, baking, and taking my dog on walks. Ideal roomie will keep shared spaces tidy and would not be over sensitive to noise.
