My house is in a very quiet and nice east Medford neighborhood; 5-8 minutes driving to hospitals, 12 mins driving to RCC. Perfect for a traveling nurse, professional, or student!

The room for rent is about 12*11, regular room; the bathroom is in the hallway, it will be your own bathroom. Room is unfurnished, and it is available now! It can be furnished if needed.

My house has no pets, no smoke, no drugs, no alcohol, no overnight guests, and no party. Some beer after my daughter’s bed time is okay, not for a heavy drinker.

My elementary school age daughter and I live in this over 1850 sq ft house. I work Monday to Friday, 7am to 4 pm. I am a very introverted and clean, peaceful person. It is very important for me to live with someone who can clean after herself.

If you are a mature working adult who is clean, respectful, good communication and isn’t into partying. If you are chill and have good boundaries, preferably at least in her 30s.

Rent is $800 a month, plus utilities $150 all together per month, month to month lease. Light or no cooking can be negotiated. Parking is available in the driveway.

$50 for background checking, I will run the background check until we have an agreement. First and last month’s paid at move-in, and $300 refundable security/cleaning fee, if you can clean your space when you move out, the $300 will be fully refunded.
