Just to give some background, you’d be renting a room in our townhouse. Your room would be down the hall from the master bedroom which my husband and I are in on the 2nd floor. You’d be sharing the bathroom with a recent male college grad who is very quiet and respectful. Our son is 29 and on the 3rd floor. He’s a USC grad and works on the data science team at an ad agency. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There are a bunch of pools and fire pits in the community that you are welcome to use.
