Hello I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom available in the Lake Ridge VA area for rent month to month up until possibly 8 months (A trial is required to see if this is a good fit for you). My goal is to have both rooms rented by May 1st. I’m a reserved person, very clean respectful and kind I just ask that you keep common areas clean and your room odor free for the comfort of those you share the space with, If you’re a smoker I ask that it be done on the balcony and you dispose of any waste properly and be minful of noise. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am in the community. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor so you’ll have to travel up 3 flights since it’s on the top level. Rent would be $1,330 monthly utilities are included In that price so you wouldnt have to worry about water, power or parking however if you have a vehicle(s) there is a special spot that needs to be assigned to you so your car(s) isnt towed each car spot is $30 additional to rent. I can arrange a time for you to view the property this week and if you like what you see and are willing to move in the move in cost with a security deposit would be $1,580 and monthly rent would be due 5 days before the first to ensure payments are received on time. I can accept that in the form of cash or money order with cash payments a receipt is given for your record.
I’m a very simple woman, I just ask that everyone be clean, respectful and pay rent on time.
