The Space: Nice-sized furnished room with walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains in a clean and quiet house in Damonte Ranch across from the wetlands. Furnished with what’s in the pictures: bed, dresser, lamps, chair, desk, etc. The bathroom is not attached but private. I deep clean the bathroom twice a month. Access to one garage spot for your car. Quiet hours: 10 pm to 6:30 am. Outdoor shoe-free household. Daily Robo vacuum of shared common areas: kitchen, dining, and living room. The room door has a key lock that can be locked. Keyless entry and outdoor security cameras for a safe and secure living space. Gym equipment is available for use. No drugs/MJ/smoking/vaping, parties, or drama. No animals, this is a single dog household for my sweet boy. Month-to-month lease with the possibility to extend for the right fit.

You: Quiet, clean, considerate, and responsible housemate. Non-smoker/no drugs. Single occupancy only. A serious significant other visiting from time to time is reasonable. Have a full-time job and does not work from home. Not a partier, no drama.
