Spacious 3 bed 2 bath house! Screened in Florida room in the back and large front and back yards with plenty of room for parking. There is a shed out back with some rudimentary workout equipment from the last homeowners that you’re free to use. Nice kitchen and living room spaces as well with 55“ TV. I am just moving into the house myself though so I’ll be furnishing it once I get in there!

I am a civilian engineer on Eglin AFB (28M). I am just purchasing the house and moving in soon myself, but I am renting out both of the other two bedrooms with the shared bathroom between them. I am very lowkey and like to cook and chill, watch movies, etc.
