I’m a 25-year old female with an open room for rent starting on 5/22/24, on the east end of Ventura between Victoria and Telephone. It is a really cute, updated modern 2BD unit connected to three other units duplex-style. We would share a bathroom and we would share one garage spot and one driveway spot directly behind the garage (would just have to coordinate parking depending on work schedules). I have a small dog that mostly lives with my ex but will be around staying with us from time to time. He’s a little skittish early on but will warm up to you. :) I am looking for a girl my age who is super friendly and easy going!
