Morena or Jay's room

Rent is paid on a weekly basis which is $195.00 and all utilities are included. A month of security and one month of rent would be due initially moving in and that total is $1,560. But keep in mind that you are renting the room for a minimum of 3 months. This is a house that has all the bedrooms upstairs. There are two bathrooms and it is shared by everyone. Now 2 men aged 50 or older and 1 woman aged 37 live here. We are responsible people who work and take care of our own affairs. We do not drink alcohol, drugs, or smoke, so smoking, alcohol or drug use is not allowed. Keep that in mind! You are responsible for your own tidying, cleaning and maintenance of the bedroom you occupy and the bathroom we all share. The kitchen is also included and everyone is also responsible for cleaning and cleaning the kitchen after each use. There are no excuses! Backyard, family room and basement are NOT included. Use of laundry machine is not included.
