The house has 7 bedrooms and 4 full bath rooms, it is currently occupied by 5 long term room rental tenants who are quite, cordial, respectful and get along very well. Everyone works in the valley, so the house is minimally utilized. We are looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful individual to share the house, none smoking and no pet, no party and no drug. A Transunion SmartMove tenant screen is required for $48 for the protection of everyone in the house. At least 3X the monthly rental income is required with income verification and above 630 credit score.
