I am posting again as of 6/6/26. I recently had a roomate (found on roomies) move out for schooling out of town. I have had a few roommates from this site over the last couple years. All have been a great experience and all have gotten their full deposit back. Im sure they would be willing to give a reference if you’d like.

It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath. You would have a private room with a bathroom shared with one other person. The other roommate has been here for almost two years and we get along great. They are very clean and courteous.

There is also another half bath downstairs. Living room is fully furnished, with a nice TV and surround sound system. Kitchen is full of a variety of cookware. Bedroom comes with a bedframe and mattress. If you’d like to bring your own, I will happily remove it.

Large wraparound kitchen with bay windows. Washer and Dryer in the house. Limited storage available in the garage. Brand new carpet. New furniture, etc.

Looking for someone who is clean and respectful to the house.

I work a standard 9-5. I like to cook, run, read, watch movies, and sometimes spend time with friends. Not much of a partier in the house - but totally fine with others drinking in moderation.

Current other roommate is a student and very clean.

Last roommate is Arty, pictured at the end. He is a total couch potato. I’ve never met a person or a dog who didn’t love him.

The people on the other side of the duplex are a married couple who are also great friends of mine. It’s a very quiet street, lots of parking.
