Hey Everyone!

I’m in search of a roommate, my current roommate is getting married and moving out in June. I currently live at the Radnor Preserve Apartments in Wayne and couldn’t be happier with my experience here. It’s in such a safe and convenient location, (giant, homegoods, tj maxx are literally two minutes away) there’s easy access to the turnpike, and only a half hour to the city. We also have in unit washer and dryer, a balcony, a walking trail right outback, and a grilling area where people can congregate. Rent is a little over $1250, plus utilities, unsure if that will increase with a new lease. It hasn’t by too much in the past only about $40

I’m 31, so would prefer someone in their later 20s/early 30s. I work full time and I’m finishing school. Ideally would like someone that shares the same interests, going out trying new restaurants or just having a chill wine night on the couch.
