A 10’ x 10.5’ Room for rent in a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in Garden Grove approximately 10 minutes from Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and Anaheim GardenWalk. Centrally located near the 5, 22, 57, and 91 Freeways.

The rent is $1,200 a month including utiities with a refundable $300 security/cleaning deposit. The room is furnished and will share a shower/bathroom with other roomate. Full use of house privelages with a huge remodeled kitchen, large family room with new sectional reclining couches and plenty of street parking in front of the house (viewable from the room). There is free Wifi in the house and use of one of the 3 refridgerators (main kitchen, garage, and back patio) with plenty of space for groceries in the kitchen pantry.

The current owner and other roomate and easy going, laid back, and respectable full time working professionals and we are looking for a like minded individual that can clean up after themselves and respect the house. There are 3 house cats and 2 loveable and gentle dogs in the backyard. No pets, non smoking, no drugs, but an ocasional drink or 2 is welcome.
