Housing Highlights: Our new home is a part of a beautiful hillside property in Escondido, attached to two other units. The landlord, also a single mom, lives in one of them with her two children. The house comes with parking and a washer/dryer. Move-in is slated for mid-late May 2024. Financials: Rent with 2 additional roommates $1200/mo + $75 for all utilities, or 1 additional roommate $1675/mo + $150 for all utilities (this could be perfect to share an office space in the third bedroom OR for our children to share the room so we have our own personal space. I’m open to splitting this with 1-2 other individuals, with or without children. It would be fantastic if you share my entrepreneurial spirit or have similar interests! I’m Ashlee, a 28-year-old single mom, and I’ve got an exciting opportunity to move into a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Escondido. I’m on the lookout for 1-2 awesome roommates to share this cozy space with me and my 4.5-year-old son, Everett. About Us: I’m a San Diego resident with a decade of roots in this beautiful city, originally from Santa Barbara. By night, I’m a newborn care specialist and by day running a Nanny Agency that focuses on postpartum services. My work often keeps me busy, and I’m frequently at home or traveling for contracts. Cleanliness is key for me, and I’d love to share the space with roommates who value it too. My passions include Country Music, Country Swing Dancing, Family, Horseback Riding, Self Development, Business, and of course, COFFEE. About Everett: My little man, Everett, is a calm, cool, and collected 4.5-year-old. He’s into horses, dinosaurs, reading, and creative play. During the week, he’s at preschool from 8 am to 4:30 pm. We’re looking at enrolling him in a local charter school come fall. He spends weekdays with me in the mornings and with his dad on weekends.
