I own my home in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Boca. I’m in a secluded area. I am on a dead end street. Completely private space indoor and out door. I have a pool. The space I’m renting is closed off from the main house. You have a private entrance. Also a newly renovated bathroom. There is a king size bed in room, a couch. Desk and an eating area. The room is very large. Also newly renovated. A small breakfast area. Pool privileges. Everything is 5 minutes from the home. Beach-door to door 1 1/2 miles. Mizner Park, Royal Palm plaza 1 mile away. Fresh market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Publix maybe 1 1/2 miles. Interstate 95 is 5 minutes away, 3 miles? This is one of the most desirable areas in Boca Raton. My last renter was here for 5 years until he bought his own home. I am easy to get a long with and like people. No Pets* Thanks

I work part time. I’m a clothing designer. I love quiet peaceful and private spaces. I’m an avid traveler . I love art, good music and the beach. Easy to get along with.
